Le Loueur est l'Agence GLBOOKING et/ou l'Agence partenaire et, qui exerce en sa qualité de commerçant indépendant, il offre au Locataire de louer le véhicule décrit sur la fiche « État descriptif»
ARTICLE (1) : LES PARTS DE CONTRAT
• Premier part : société de location de voiture sans chauffeur identifiable sur la première page
• Deuxième part : le LOCATAIRE déclaré et identifiable dans la page 1 de ce contrat et qui va s’indiquer avec mot le LOCATAIRE
